Track Your Order
When your Indiallama parcel is handed to the carrier, usually within 0-1 business days of ordering, we email you the tracking number. Standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Enter the number below to see where the parcel is right now, or open your order history.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What you will receive
- Order confirmation: arrives a few minutes after checkout and carries your order number.
- Dispatch email: sent the moment the parcel leaves, with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's page.
- Carrier updates: the tracking page records each scan, from pick-up to the final delivery.
If the tracking has not updated
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a blank page on the day of dispatch is normal. If there has been no movement for several days, or the parcel shows as delivered but is not with you, send your order number to support@indiallama.com and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you informed.
