Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of indiallama.com (the "Site") and every order you place with Indiallama. Together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy they form the agreement between you and us. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Indiallama is the trading name of ERJH RJ LLC, located in Queen Creek, AZ. We sell Home Organization & Storage products online through the Site.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. When you order or create an account you agree to give us information that is accurate, current and complete, and to keep it up to date.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@indiallama.com straight away if you suspect someone else has used it.

4. Products, prices and availability

Products are described on their product pages as accurately as we can. We may change, discontinue or update any listing at any time without notice.

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless the listing says otherwise. The checkout shows the full amount you will pay, including any tax, before you confirm. Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order with no minimum. We may change prices at any time, and if a listing shows an obvious pricing or description error we reserve the right to correct it, and to cancel and refund an order placed at the wrong price.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation; until then we may decline or cancel an order, for instance where a product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where an error was found in the listing. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, you receive a full refund.

To cancel an order yourself, contact support@indiallama.com as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may no longer be cancellable.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payments are taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. There are no hidden charges: every amount is shown before you confirm.

7. Shipping

We deliver to all 50 US states only; international shipping is not available. Processing, transit times, tracking and everything else about delivery are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items received, within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. The full conditions, deadlines and procedure are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on the Site (text, product photographs, logos, graphics, layout) belongs to Indiallama or is used under licence, and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any of it without our written permission.

10. What you may not do

• Use the Site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
• Scrape, copy or republish Site content without written permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code or anything else harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.

11. Disclaimer

The Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep the Site accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither Indiallama nor ERJH RJ LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from a purchase, including loss of data, revenue or profit.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ERJH RJ LLC harmless from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. It applies to every visit and every order.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the Site will be heard by the courts located in State of Arizona.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The new version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept it.
